In February of this year, I suffered an injury while skiing in the Austrian Alps. I partially tore the calf muscle in my right leg. I am 60 years old, so it was no surprise when my back started to bother me. The pain initially appeared after 18 holes, but then it was almost constant. I had really bad migraine attacks a few times a month. I couldn't take care of myself, go to work or think. My family suffered a lot from it. Nothing helped me, even though I was taking the most modern medications. During an attack, my general practitioner would give me injections to put me to sleep. Sometimes I would sleep for 2\u20133 days until the pain subsided. I knew it would happen again and again. Those were terrible days, I didn't want to experience it again. I have had type 2 diabetes for over 10 years. I often had cold feet and felt a strange tingling sensation. But I didn't pay any attention to it. In December 2018, I discovered a small wound on my heel. I didn't go to the doctor, I bandaged it myself. I have had diabetes for over fifteen years. For about the first five years, I was treated only with medication. Then we switched to insulin, which I have to inject five times a day. My blood sugar levels are quite stable. Unfortunately, about a year and a half ago, I started having problems with my legs, that is, with the vessels in my legs.
