How and when will I receive my monthly invoice?
You will receive your monthly invoice approximately 30 days after your first purchase. The monthly invoice shows you your current account balance as well as the minimum installment that you must pay to BEMER Finance AG. For a quick and straightforward process, we automatically send your monthly invoice by email. If you still require postal delivery, you can contact our support team at any time – we are here for you.
Can I terminate my installment payment plan early?
Yes, you can settle the entire outstanding balance at any time and without giving any reason. A larger partial payment is also possible at any time. To do this, simply transfer the amount you see on your last monthly invoice, or the partial amount you wish to repay.
